A second-year MSW student from Jaibharath College, Perumbavoor, Kerala. I recently completed my 25-day field work for the third semester at ExNoRa International Foundation under the guidance of project coordinators Ms. Sangeetha and Mr. Vijay. At ExNoRa, I contributed to nature conservation and grassroots empowerment initiatives, enhancing my skills in communication, observation, critical thinking, and computer applications like Excel and Word. I volunteered and coordinated various programs, including sessions at Meenakshi Engineering College, groundbreaking ceremonies for WASH projects and pond rejuvenation, Mupperumvizhai at Kanchipuram, and Swacchta Hi Seva with the Income Tax Department, which helped me interact with officials, build networks, and develop community intervention skills.
